Gluten-Free Breakfast Recipe for our busy bees:

Overnight Strawberry Oats. This one's easy, it will only take you 10 minutes maximum in the evening. Refrigerate, add some more Berries in the morning and enjoy your overnight oats!

What I like about this Recipe is that it's flexible. Use any kind of Milk, Sweetener, and Berries you like!

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • Refrigerating Time: overnight

  • Equipment: Knife, Cutting Board, Container with lid

Let’s make our gluten-free breakfast:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped Strawberries ( about 5 Fresh Strawberries)

    1/2 cup (50 g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk of your choice

1/4 cup (60 ml) Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Sweetener of your choice (I used Date Syrup)

    A pinch of Salt

If you chose sweet Yogurt, simply skip the Sweetener or adjust the amount of it.
