Peach Bruschetta with Fresh Thyme - Easy Appetizer Recipe, that takes 15 minutes to make!

This is our Go To Recipe for any occasion: picnic, potluck, guests, easy healthy lunch, etc. It looks and tastes just amazing! Fresh Thyme-is a Key Ingredient here. This Bruschetta won’t taste the same without it.

Peach Ricotta Bruschetta
  1. Start with slicing the Peach. You don’t want very thin slices here, as they will fall apart when grilled.

  2. Add 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter to the Pan. Sear Peach Slices on a medium-high heat for a few minutes on both sides. You can use Outdoor Grill or Grill Pan in this step. Make sure to not overcook Peach Slices, they shouldn’t be too soft.

3. Now, put 5 oz (150 g) Ricotta Cheese into a bowl and season with Black Pepper. Add Salt or Lemon Zest if you want.

4. Cut Fresh Baguette into pieces. If Baguette is not so fresh and crispy, grill it on a Pan or broil for a few minutes in the Oven. Or you can simply use a Toaster. Top each piece with Ricotta Cheese and Peach Slices.

5. Now the most important step- add Fresh Thyme and Enjoy!
