You can find this electric burner on Amazon, here is the Link.

Let’s start with our Appetizer Recipe!

  1. Add 2 tbsp of Olive Oil to a skillet.

  2. Add about 1 lbs of Cherry Tomatoes and cook them over medium heat until they just start to soften.

  3. You can add Figs now, cook for a few minutes, as they caramelize very fast. Then take them out. Another way is to add Figs later with Brie. If you decided to go with fresh Figs, cut them in halves or quarters.

  4. Cross-cut the top of Brie Wheel.

  5. Now, push Tomatoes to the outer parts of skillet and put Brie Wheel in the center.

6. Cover skillet with lid and continue cooking over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes or until Brie Wheel melts enough.

7. Take off the heat, arrange Figs over Tomatoes if you were taking them out.

8. Top the Brie with Balsamic Glass, I used this one from Amazon.

9. Sprinkle with Salt.

10. Add some Basil leaves and Enjoy with bread or crackers!
