Pinwheel Matcha Cookies Recipe

Check out this Pinwheel Matcha Cookies Recipe!

It's been a while since we last published Cookie recipes here at Home Cafe Blog. So, this week's post is about Matcha Cookies!

We used 1 tbsp of Matcha Powder in our Recipe to get a mild flavor. Feel free to use more Matcha Powder if you like.

Store them in an air-tight container. If cookies get too soft over time, throw them into the oven for a few minutes to evaporate excess moisture.

And the most important part - this is a "make-ahead recipe". You can freeze the dough for up to a few days!

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes

  • Cooling Time: minimum 30 minutes

  • Baking Time: 15-20 minutes

8. Roll the dough into rectangular shape. We recommend pressing the dough between parchment paper sheets to speed up the process.

9. Place one sheet of cookie dough over another and roll them together.

10. Wrap the dough roll with cling wrap and freeze for at least 30 minutes or up to a few days.
